肩三针配合围刺针法治疗肩周炎50例疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Applying Shoulder Three Needle Cooperated with Confining Needling to Treat 50 Cases of Shoulder Periarthritis

目的:探讨使用肩三针配合围刺针法治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:回顾性研究2012年1月到2014年1月在我院采取肩三针配合围刺针法治疗肩周炎50例患者为试验组,另选取50例使用非甾体抗炎药物联合封闭疗法治疗的患者为对照组,比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛疼度、活动程度、压痛疼度、功能改善评分。结果:试验组与对照组在治疗前后疼痛程度、活动程度、压痛疼度的评分有统计学差异(P<0.05),在功能改善评分中试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肩三针配合围刺针法治疗肩周炎纯物理疗法效果显著,值得在临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the use of shoulder three needle combined with confining needling in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods： A retrospective study in January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital to take shoulder three needle combined with confining needling in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,50 cases of patients as the experimental group,and selected the other 50 cases of the use of non- steroidal anti- inflammatory drugs（ NSAIDs） combined with closed therapy in the treatment of patients as controlled group,were compared between the two groups before and after treatment in patients with pain,activity level,pain degree,function improvement scores. Results： It was significantly different（ P〈0. 05） between the experimental group and the controlled group on pain degree,activity level,tenderness pain degree,functional improvement scores. Conclusion： It has significant effect of utilizing pure physical therapy which is shoulder three needle cooperated with confining needling to treat shoulder periarthritis,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
