Research Survey of Traditional Chinese Medicine has Treated Lactational Mastitis in Recent Ten Years

哺乳期乳腺炎是产妇常见的一种哺乳期症状,中医学认为属"乳痈"范畴,本文旨在对近十年国内中医药治疗哺乳期乳腺炎研究作一综述,主要包括内治法、外治法、内外兼治法;内治法包括郁滞期、成脓期及溃后期;外治法包括药物外敷法、推拿疗法、针灸法。

Lactation mastitis is a common lactation symptom,TCM regards lactation mastitis as＂milk carbuncle＂problems.This paper summarizes the research of TCM has treated on lactational mastitis in recent ten years,the main content containes three parts： internal therapy,external therapy,internal- external therapy. And internal therapy contains three parts： stasis period,pus period,late collapse period. External therapy contains three parts： medicine external treatment therapy,Tuina therapy,acupuncture therapy.
