2014年6月份开始,国际原油价格暴跌近六成。由于自身经济缺乏多样性与过分依赖石油产业,以致海合会国家产业结构扭曲,石油产业被视为海合会国家的国民经济支柱,国际石油价格的大幅下挫势必影响海合会国家的国民经济发展。针对低国际石油价格背景,对海合会国家石油经济总体战略与当前应对低油价政策进行分析,并通过经济数据的分析阐明低国际石油价格对海合会国家国民经济的影响。

in June 2014, the international crude oil prices fell nearly six fold. Due to its lack of economic diversity and excessive de- pendence on the oil sector, it resulted that GCC countries distorted industrial structure. The oil industry is regarded as the pillar of na- tional economy in the GCC countries. The fact that international oil prices fell sharply will affect the national economic development of GCC countries. Under the background of the low international oil prices, this paper analyzes the strategy of petroleum economy in the GCC countries, current low oil price policy, and tries to illustrate the influence of low international oil prices on the national economies of the GCC countries on the basis of economic data.
