摘要 琥珀酸脱氢酶（succinatedehydrogenase，SDH），又称复合物Ⅱ，是仅有的一个既参与三羧酸循环又参与电子传递链的催化酶，还是惟一在三羧酸循环中可在催化过程中发生底物水平磷酸化的催化酶。SDH是典型的抑癌基因，
