中国制造业能源消费存在杰文斯悖论吗 被引量:6

摘要 能源回弹是否存在及回弹的程度,对相关的能源政策与气候变化政策具有重要的影响。本文通过内生经济增长理论,将制造业分为三种类型,实证分析了短期和长期、产出和强度的能源回弹效应。研究结果发现,中国制造业存在回弹效应,但不存在杰文斯悖论。技术节能政策实现了部分效果,制造业内部细分行业的回弹效应具有较大行业差别。
