摘要
本文探讨了以产学研合作的资源和优势为依托,以培养卓越工程师为目标,以PBL教学方法为手段,实施土木工程专业人才培养新模式的可行性及其意义,并对这一人才培养模式在实施过程中存在的问题及解决方法进行了讨论。
In this paper, relying on the resources and advantages of the IAR( Industry-Academia-Research),on the aim of excellent engineer training, combined with PBL( Problem-Based Learning) teaching method, the feasibility and significance of civil engineering personnel training were discussed, and the problems of the training mode in the implementation and its solution methods were discussed.
