摘要
采用CO_2和酒精作为物理发泡剂,分别研究了2种成核剂对聚苯乙烯挤出发泡板材结构和性能的影响。结果表明,滑石粉和碳酸盐类成核剂都能够起到良好的气泡成核作用,可以获得较小的泡孔尺寸和较高的泡孔密度,从而降低材料的导热系数.提高材料的压缩强度;碳酸盐类成核剂的成核效率明显高于滑石粉,而且不会因为添加量过大造成发泡板材性能的下降,添加0.5份碳酸盐类成核剂时,聚苯乙烯挤出发泡板的表观密度达到0.044 g/cm^3,泡孔密度达到1.90×10~7个/cm^3,压缩强度达到2.77 MPa。
Effect of two kinds of nucleating agents on extruded polystyrene boards was studied, in which carbon dioxide and ethanol were used as physical foaming agents. It showed that both talc and carbonates nucleating agent had good nucleating effect. The extruded polystyrene boards had small cell size and high cell density. Nucleating efficiency of carbonates nucleating agent was high than that of talc, and the properties of extruded polystyrene boards with carbonates would not decrease while overloaded. When the content of carbonates nueleating agent was 0. 5 phr, the bulk density, cell density, and compress strength were 0. 044 g/cm3, 1.90 × 107 cell/cm3 , and 2.77 MPa, respectively.
