摘要 以简单的片状齿轮为研究对象,以模数和齿数为变量建立齿轮的三维模型,运用Moldflow建立合理的冷却和浇注系统并对齿轮模型进行模流分析。用Origin得到两变量与目标参数(收缩不均引起的最大翘曲变形量)之间的关系曲线,发现所得关系曲线具有很明显的规律性,模数一定时,随着齿数的增多目标参数值线性增大;模数不同时,每条直线的倾斜程度也不同,随着模数的增大直线的斜率也越大。并用Matlab对其进行了曲线拟合,得到了相应的数学模型。 A three-dimensional slice gear model that takes modulus and tooth number as the variables was formulated, and Moldflow was used to establish the reasonable cooling and gating system and to analyze the gear model. The relationship curves between the two variables and the target parameter (maximum warping caused by shrinkage) were made. It was found that the target parameter value linearity increased with increasing number of teeth when the modulus kept constant. The tilt of each line was also different and the slope of straight line became greater with increasing modulus when the modulus kept different. The fitting curves was obtained with Matlab.
