妊娠合并胰腺炎患者的临床诊疗效果分析

Effect Analysis of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment on Patients with Pregnancy Combined with Pancreatitis

本研究分析2014年6月至2015年8月在我院就诊妊娠期合并胰腺炎患者20例的临床资料,探讨妊娠期合并胰腺炎患者的临床诊治方法和效果。结果发现所有患者的血清白细胞计数均多于1.0×1010/L,且出现了三酰甘油、血糖升高,胰腺出现肿胀、积液等异常情况;产妇生存率为100%,无死亡,而胎儿生存率为85.00%,死亡率15.00%,其中1例为死胎,产妇及胎儿的生存率均明显高于死亡率,差异在统计学上有意义(p<0.05)。本研究证明掌握妊娠合并胰腺炎患者的临床特点,通过判断患者的病情采取恰当的保守治疗或手术治疗措施则可以有效降低产妇及胎儿的死亡率。

This study analyzed the clinical data that 20 patients with pregnancy combined with pancreatitis were diagnosed in our hospital from June, 2014 to Aug., 2015. Explore the clinical diagnosis treatment methods and effect of patients with pregnancy combined with pancreatitis. The results showed that the serum white blood cell amount of all the patients were more than 1.0×^10^10/L, and there existed the abnormal phenomena, for example, the triacylglycerol and blood glucose went up, the pancreas was swelling, and the liquid was accumulated. The puerpera survival rate was 100% with no death case, while embryo survival rate was 85.00% and the death rate was 15.00%. One of them was stillborn fetus. The survival rate and embryo survival rate was obviously higher than death rate between puerperal and fetus. There were significant differences in statistics （p〈0.05）. This study demon- strated that it could reduce the pueroera and embryo death rate effectively by judging the situation of the patients and taking proper conservative treatments or surgical operation treatments, as well as master the clinical charac- teristics of patients with the pregnancy combined with pancreatitis.
