天然药物抗甲型流感病毒的研究进展

甲流是一种由病毒感染引起的急性呼吸道传染病,具有致病性高、传染性强等特点,曾在世界范围内多次大流行,困扰人们的日常生活甚至威胁身体健康。伴随着现代药物分离、纯化技术的发展,天然药物的活性成分研究为新药开发带来了第二个春天,也使天然药物抗流感病毒引起越来越多的关注,本综述总结大量研究成果,阐明了利用天然药物进行抗流感病毒研究的可行性与有效性,为进一步开发、利用天然药物提供依据。
