摘要
分析了天津钢管集团股份有限公司258PQF机组穿孔主机上下转鼓定位装置存在的缺陷,通过将锁紧缸改为钢滑板定位,改进钢滑板结构设计及钢滑板的焊接固定方式,使转鼓定位装置运行更加稳定,降低了设备故障率,减少了转鼓定位装置的备件及维护成本。
The paper analyzes the defects existing at the upper and lower drum positioning device of258 PQF piercer at Tianjin Pipe Corporation. By way of changing locking cylinder into sliding plate and improving the structure design and welding and fastening method of sliding plate, drum positioning device ran more stably with lowered equipment fault rate, reducing the spare part and maintenance cost of drum positioning device.
