ICP-OES测定氧化铁粉中硅、磷等微量元素

Determination of Microelements of Silicon and Phosphorus in Ferric Oxide Powder with ICP-OES Method

摘要 采用ICP-OES法测定氧化铁粉中的Si、P、Al、Mn、S元素。利用浓盐酸低温加热分解样品,并采用标准曲线法绘制工作曲线,相关系数可达0.999 9,相对标准偏差均小于5%。试验结果表明,该测定方法精密度较高,结果准确可靠,误差小,灵敏度高。 ICP-OES method was adopted to determine elements of Si, P, Al, Mn and S in ferric oxide powder. Concentrated hydrochloric acid was utilized to heat and dissolve the sample at low temperature and standard curve method plotted working curve. Relevant coefficient reached 0.999 9 and relevant standard deviations were all less than 5%. Test results showed this determination method was of high precision, small error and high sensitivity and gave accurate and reliable results.
