HX_N5B型内燃机车的6A系统安装方案及应用研究

Research on the Installation Scheme and Application of 6A System for HX_N5B Diesel Locomotive

HX_N5B型大功率交流传动调车内燃机车是为解决我国目前各编组站与铁路干线牵引定数不相匹配而研制的新一代调车机车。基于HX_N5B型机车结构和运用特点,设计了HX_N5B型内燃机车的机车车载安全防护系统(6A系统)安装方案,介绍了空气制动、防火监控、走行部监测和视频监控的安装方案;分析了6A系统在HX_N5B型机车安全运用中发挥的作用,通过实时监测、故障预警和综合分析3个方面介绍了6A系统的安全防护作用。

In order to resolve the problem that marshalling stations in our country did not match the railway line traction weights,the HX_N5B locomotive,a kind of large power AC diesel locomotive had been developed.Based on the operation and structure characteristic of HX_N5B locomotive,the author designs 6A system plan for HX_N5B locomotive,and introduces the installation scheme of Air Brake Safety Monitoring and Data Record System,Fire Alarm and Data Record System,Advanced Truck Defect Diagnosis and Record System and Automatic Video Display and Record System.At last,the author analyzes the safety operation effect of 6A system for HX_N5B Locomotive,and introduces the security of 6Asystem through the three aspects of real-time monitoring,fault warning and comprehensive analysis.
