动车组内装产品检修限度研究

Research on the Inner Decoration Overhaul Limits of EMU

动车组内装检修限度是动车组高级检修规程的重要内容,其限度标准直接影响内装产品使用功能和旅客的乘车舒适度。目前各型动车组各级检修规程对内装限度的表述不一、要求差别较大,对检修规程的理解、实施造成了困难。本文通过对现有各检修规程内装检修限度进行对比分析,研究了影响内装检修的各种因素,初步制定了动车组统一的内装产品检修限度,并纳入相关检修规程中,对于规范和优化动车组检修工作具有重要意义。

Overhaul limit of EMU inner decoration is an important part of EMU advanced maintenance procedures.This limit has significant impacts on using function of inner decoration and comfort of passengers.Because the explain and requirement of inner decoration limit in the EMU maintenance procedures is different among various types,it caused difficulties to understand and implement the overhaul procedure.Through comparing the inner decoration limit of all the existing maintenance regulations,factors influencing the inner decoration overhaul are analyzed.The uniform overhaul limit about inner decoration is preliminarily made,and is included in the relevant maintenance regulations.It is significant to standardize and optimize EMU maintenance work.
