我国生活垃圾处理热点问题分析

Analysis to Several Issues about Municipal Solid Waste Treatment in China

分析了我国生活垃圾处理中存在争议的若干热点问题,包括垃圾是资源还是污染源,分类收集是否是现代化垃圾处理的前提,生物处理在我国未来垃圾处理中是否还有发展空间等。分析表明,生活垃圾首先是污染源,其次才是有条件的资源;分类收集是现代化垃圾处理的要件,但不是前提;生物处理是我国未来生活垃圾处理系统优化的关键环节,具有较大的发展空间。

Several dispute issues on municipal solid waste（MSW） treatment in China were analyzed, including whether MSW is a resource or pollution source, whether separate collection is a premise of modern MSW treatment, and whether biological treatment has the potential to be widely applied in MSW treatment in China. The results showed that MSW is a pollution source rather than a conditional resource, separate collection is an important part rather than a premise of MSW treatment, and biological treatment has a high potential of application as a key process to optimize MSW treatment system in China in the future.
