摘要
对公共性的视角及相关概念进行界定;以浙江省东阳市画水镇画溪村为例,研究分析了工业污染型村庄画溪村在企业搬迁之后,污染持续加重的根本原因在于公共性的缺失,得出重建公共性是画溪村摆脱污染恶化的困境和未来可持续发展的有效途径。
Taking Huaxi village,Huashui town,Dongyang city,Zhejiang province as an example,we defined the publicity and related concepts,and analyzed the growing pollution after industry relocating. The basic reason of this pollution was lack of publicity. Rebuilding publicity was an effective way to deal with pollution and maintain sustainable development in the future.
