摘要
分析了上海市机动车清洗保洁由于缺乏规划管理、市场准入机制不完善、行业管理机制不成熟、相关政策扶持力度不够等原因造成车洗行业发展滞后的现状,提出管理发展的相关原则和主要对策,以保证上海市机动车清洗业的健康有序发展。
As a result of the insufficient standardized management,inadequate market access mechanisms,immatureindustry management mechanisms,and the shortage of related policy support,the vehicle cleaning industry in Shanghai develops slowly. The relevant principles and main countermeasures were put forward to ensure healthy and orderly development of Shanghai＇s vehicle cleaning industry.
