摘要
本文首先剖析了城市管理者的市场角色,指出政府如同"经营空间的企业";而后从经济学的视角,分析了城市管理者在"城市经营"中的职业行为逻辑,并指出其基于此逻辑对待建筑的立场;最后,文章讨论了建筑师对此的应对策略。
Firstly, the paper analyzed the market role of city managers and indicated that the government was like art "enterprise which manages the space". Secondly, by analyzing city managers' logic of professional behavior in the process of "city management" from the perspective of economics, the paper pointed out their architectural standpoint based on such logic. Finally, the architects' coping strategies towards the situation are discussed in the paper as well.
