Taking Changzhi basement for safety production emergency rescue in Shanxi as the example,the paper indicates the planning layout,architectural design and combination of buildings and sites according to the functional features and sites of the program,and points out the basement construction improves the capacity of preventing and settling emergency issues,so as to meet the demands for the rescue in major and extraordinarily serious accidents.
