摘要
以某高层住宅楼建筑为例,介绍了该建筑基础管桩的设计与施工概况,根据其管桩检测结果,分析了管桩静载检验不合格的原因,并提出了有效的基桩设计处理措施,保证了建筑基础施工的安全性和可靠性。
Taking the high-rise residential building as an example,the article introduces the design and construction conditions of the building foundation pipe pile,analyzes its unqualified static load causes according to the pipe pile detection results,and puts forward effective foundation pile design processing measures,which guarantees the building foundation construction safety and reliability.
