摘要
结合福建省永安市某水泥厂主变压器散热工程实例,介绍了变压器运行时产生总热量的计算公式,通过对变压器在自然风冷和强制对流风冷两种散热工况的传热分析,指出在高负载以及高温环境下,采用强制对流风冷的方式加强变压器的散热经济有效。
Combining with the major transformer heat dissipation engineering example of the cement plant in Yong’an city of Fujian province,the paper introduces total thermal computation formula of the transformer in operation. Through analyzing the heat transfer of the transformer under natural convection heat dissipation and forced convection heat dissipation,it points out that: strengthening the transformer heat dissipation will be economic and effective by applying forced convection method.
