寒冷地区住宅建筑耗能现状分析

针对影响住宅建筑能耗的因素，从气候条件、建筑规模、家用电器等方面进行了分析，并结合对哈尔滨市部分住宅建筑能耗的调研统计，阐述了该地区的建筑能耗现状，指出我国寒冷地区的住宅建筑耗能较为严重，住宅建筑的节能势在必行。

The paper analyzes from the climate conditions, architectural scales, electric appliances, illustrates the buildings＇ energy consumption by combining with the investigation statistics of some of residential buildings in Harbin according to the factors affecting the buildings＇ energy consumption, and indicates the energy-saving measures must be applied in the residential buildings with the increasingly serious energy-consumption in the buildings at chilling areas.
