The paper illustrates the definition,forms and application characteristics of rubber dam. Taking rubber dam application in Xiaoqinghe river treatment engineering as an example,it specifically introduces the integral construction procedures of rubber dam engineering,and summarizes its construction technology points,and guarantees the rubber dam construction quality,so as to flood preventing safety of Xiaoqinghe region.
