以江北护岸工程为例,分析了影响该工程建设的不利因素,从施工时间、建设方案调整等方面,提出了针对性的管理措施,并总结了工程建设的施工经验,指出业主方的高效管理有利于工程建设的顺利进行。

Taking the Jiangbei revetment engineering as an example,this paper analyzed the unfavorable factors influence of the engineering construction,from the construction time,construction plan adjustment and other aspects,put forward corresponding management measures,and summarized the construction experience of engineering construction,pointed out that the efficient management of owner in favor of engineering smoothly construction.
