摘要
对2mm厚5052铝合金进行了4种不同工艺条件的双面搅拌摩擦点焊,摸索搅拌头旋转速度、焊接进给量、焊接进给速度及焊接停留时间对点焊接头断面形貌和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当搅拌头旋转速度为2400r/min,焊接进给量为1.6mm,焊接进给速度为0.4mm/s,焊接停留时间为7s时,接头的抗剪力分别达到最大。
For 2mm thickness of 5052 aluminum alloy plates, double-side friction stir spot welding with different welding parameters was conducted, the influence of tool rotation speed,the pin insertion depth and the plunge speed,tool holding time on the fracture surface and mechanical properties of joint was analyzed. The experimental results show that the shear strength of the joints would be the highest when the tool rotation speed is 2400rpm, the pin insertion depth is 1.6mm, the plunge speed is 0.4mm/s, holding time is 7s.
