The main applications of 4343A aluminium alloy slab were introduced, the characteristic of 4343A aluminium alloy and the cracking causes of 4343A aluminium alloy slab during semi-continuous casting were analyzed, then some measures to prevent 4343A alloy from cracking were put forwards.
