摘要
综合高中起源于人们对教育公平的追求和中等教育多样化的需求。综合高中在我国的发展可谓一波三折,既有美好的愿望,也有现实的需求。从20世纪初为不能升学的普高生提供职业教育而实行的高三分流制度,到1922年为共享各种教育资源全面推行综合高中,到1932年因水土不服被迫全面终止,再到新中国成立后综合高中制度的多次探索。经验告诉我们:综合高中制度的推行,一要有政策的支持;二要有经济结构的丰富和发展;三要有管理制度的理顺;四要有高中教育的普及:五要有普职教育的流通。目前我国实施综合高中的各项条件业已成熟,研究和推行综合高中可谓正当其时。
Originated from the pursuit of secondary education and fairness of education, comprehensive high school in our country experienced twists and turns in its development, in the aspects of good intentions and real needs. The failure to provide vocational education enrollment of ordinary high school students and implement a triage system in high school in the beginning of the 20th century, the 1922 share of a variety of educational resources to fully implement the comprehensive high school, the lack of acclimatization comprehensive forced termination in 1932 and the explorations of the comprehensive high school system after the founding of New China tell us that promoting an integrated school system calls for the support policies, enrichment and development of economic structures, rationalization of the system, the implemetation of secondary education and the circulation of general education. It is the right time to carry out the research and implementation of comprehensive high school.
