中等职业学校课程体系建设状况研究——基于广东省3所学校的调查

摘要 调查显示,3所中等职业学校服务于技能型人才培养目标,坚持以就业为导向设置课程,并积极创新课程实施与人才培养模式,取得良好效果。但在国家着力构建纵向衔接、横向贯通的现代职业教育体系大背景下,伴随学生升学愿望的不断增强,中等职业学校需要改革课程结构,构建普职融通课程体系,在保障学生技术技能培养质量的基础上,加强文化基础教育,真正达到"就业有能力、升学有基础"。 The survey shows that the three secondary vocational schools serve the objects of training skilled personnel,insist on employment-orientation to set up curriculum,and actively innovate curriculum implementation and personnel training mode,and obtain satisfactory results. However,under the background of the modern vocational education system of the construction of connection on all sides and the continuing enhancement of students' desire to enter higher schools, secondary vocational schools need to reform curriculum structure,construct the curriculum system of integration between general education and vocational education,strengthen cultural basic education on the basis of ensuring the technical skills training quality to truly realize " being qualified for employment,well-grounded for entering a higher school".
