论新中国初期教育法制建设

The Discussions about the Construction of Legal System of Education during the Early Stage of New China

新中国成立初期,党和政府高度重视教育法制建设,提出了一系列的教育法制思想,初步制定了教育法规体系,保障了对旧教育的改造和新中国教育制度的建立,奠定了新中国教育法制基础,从法律确立了人民教育。当然,建国初期的教育法制建设也存在一定的局限性。

Since the foundation of new China,the Party and the government has been attaching great importance to the construction of legal system of education,and put forward a series of thoughts about legal system of education and enacted the laws system of education roughly,which led to the results of：1,successful reform of old education and the establishment of new education system;2,the appearance of the foundation of legal system of education of new China;3,the establishment of the people＇s education from a legal point of view.However,there also existed the shortcomings of the construction of legal system of education during the early stage of new China which needed to be treated dialectically.
