Zhang Jingsheng was a philosopher,sexual psychologist and sociologist in the Republican period.And His ideology made a major contribution to social progress.Ideas of Zhang Jingsheng on sexology were ignored,which were vulnerable to malicious attacks by the feudal conservative force.When the government puts through some radical social reforms,many scholars put more emphasis on his ideology.It is a blank in this field to research his ideology on sexual legal science.And it can benefit social reform in China.
