New Type of Rights Issues Related to Research Report:the Basic People's Court Judicial Referee in Shanghai as Text

随着法治社会的不断构建和我国法律体系的不断完善,越来越多的新型权利应运而生。在思考2014年被判决过的上海首例贞操权案子后,许多学者和相关专家对贞操权等这一些新型权利的界定产生不同的看法。现行的法律法规中并没有对这些权利做具体规定,因此,面对一些新型的权利,应该用什么样的态度去对待成为一个值得商榷的问题。

With the building of the legal society and the continuous improvement of the legal system in our country,more and more new rights arise at the historic moment.In thinking about Shanghai was found in last year＇s first right of virginity,many scholars and experts on the definition of some new rights have different views such as chastity rights.The existing laws and regulations did not make specific provisions to these rights;therefore,in the face of some new type of rights,what kind of attitude we should use to treat is a debatable issue.
