摘要
人格化模式是民营企业发展的基本模式。企业发展的人格化模式主要包括企业的人格化创业模式、人格化经营模式和人格化管理模式。采用人格化发展模式,有利于创业者解决创业之初的资金、人力等问题,有利于新创企业迅速拓展市场,也有利于调动企业内部员工的积极性。但单一的人格化发展模式,有较大的局限性,不仅影响企业的成长壮大,而且有时或在某些方面给企业带来运行秩序的混乱。人格化发展模式要克服人情化、关系化的负面影响,并逐渐走向人格化与非人格化的统一。
Personification model is the basic pattern of development in private enterprises.The personification of the enterprise development mode mainly includes the personification of the enterprise business model,personified management mode and personified management mode.Using personal development pattern,which is beneficial to entrepreneurs to solve such problems as the beginning of the capital and human,is advantageous for the startup to rapidly expand the market,also is helpful to arouse the enthusiasm of enterprise staff.However,the personification of the single development pattern has greater limitations,which not only affects the growing of the enterprise,but also sometimes or in some respects brings the running order of chaos.Personal development mode should overcome the humanities,the negative impact of relation and gradually approach the unity of personal and impersonal.
