和谐发展视域下的农村城镇化建设研究

我国农村城镇化存在水平滞后、质量不高、集约性不够、布局不合理、发展不平衡、路径和方法不可持续等问题。当前,必须深化农村改革,实现城镇化科学发展,实行土地与户籍联动改革,推动农村劳动力向非农产业转移,大力发展第三产业,实现工业化与城镇化协同发展,实现人口的城镇化。科学规划,合理布局,改善城镇环境,创新城镇管理机制。只要我们真正抓住了"农民工市民化"这个城镇化的主体,城镇化的道路就不会走偏。

There are many problems in the urbanization of Chinese rural areas,such as hysteretic level,low quality,low intensity,irrational distribution,imbalanced development and unsustainable ways and methods.Currently,it is of urgent need to develop the urbanization in the countryside.It is necessary to continue the reform to realize the scientific development of urbanization in rural areas.Thus,the urbanization of population can be realized with the support of industrial development.Promoting the labor transfer from the countryside to non-agriculture can help to realize the collaborative development of industrialization and urbanization.At the same time,tertiary industry should also be developed.In the process of urbanization,the following principles should be observed：scientific layout,rational distribution,the improvement of urban environment and the innovation of urban management system.As long as we really grasped the main body of the ＂citizenization of migrant peasant＂ urbanization,the way of urbanization will not deviate.
