自营物流电商企业绩效评价研究

Evaluating Self-logistics Enterprise Performance by Using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

以自营物流电商企业为研究对象,根据其绩效评价复杂而模糊的特点,结合平衡计分卡从财务指标、客户服务指标、内部运作流程指标、学习与成长指标四个层面构建评价指标体系,并进一步利用模糊层次综合评价法对自营物流电商企业的绩效进行量化评判,通过实证分析反映自营物流电商企业的绩效状况,为其进一步改善经营者管理提供参考。

Based on the complex and ambiguous features of performance evaluation,combined with the Balanced Scorecard constructing evaluation from financial indicators,customer service metrics,internal processes indicators and learning and growth indicators,the paper used the self-logistics business enterprise as the research object to construct the evaluation system.This is followed by a Fuzzy Comprehensive evaluation Method for performance of self-logistics business enterprise to quantify evaluation,furthermore,through empirical analysis the paper reflected the self-logistics business enterprise performance status,and provided a reference for further improving operator management.
