Higher Education Quarterly:The First Higher Education Academic Journal in Modern China

《高等教育季刊》诞生于抗战时期,是我国近代第一份高等教育学术期刊。它紧扣办刊宗旨,栏目设置丰富,作者群体层次较高;围绕高等教育理论、课程教学、教育管理、高等教育史、比较高等教育等领域刊载了一大批论文;推动了抗战时期高等教育改革和高等教育研究的深化,成为高等教育学科意识萌芽的重要标志和高等教育学术交流的重要平台。

Higher Education Quarterly was born in the period of Anti-Japanese War,which was the first higher education academic journal in modern China. It was closely lihked to its purpose, with rich column setting and the higher level of author group. It had carried out a large number of papers on the theory of higher education, teaching of the courses, management of education, history of higher education, comparative higher education and so on. Higher Education Quarterly promoted the reform of higher education in the period of the Anti-Japanese War, and deepened the research of higher education, which had become an im- portant symbol of Chinese higher education discipline consciousness sprouting and an impor- tant platform for academic exchange.
