摘要
在美国,学生作为大学的重要利益相关者,其参与大学治理已形成两种主要模式,一是完全由学生组成的正式组织参与大学治理,二是学生代表在学校管理机构中参与治理。尽管美国大学普遍重视学生参与治理,但关于学生参与治理的范围和是否应赋予学生决策权始终存有争议。美国大学治理中的学生参与现状及其争议对我国的启示是:学生参与大学治理的必要性已毋庸置疑,关键在于选择合适的时机和采取恰当的模式。
In America, the pattern of students' participation in university governance can be divided into two kinds: one is completely composed of formal organization; the other is students' representative in the school management institutions. Although the United States are paid attention to students' participation in governance, but it has always been controver- sial, especially in the in its broad and depth. The status quo and the dispute of students' participation in American university governance is that there has no doubt about its necessi- ty, the key point is to choose the right time and take the fitness of the pattern.
