摘要
耦合振荡器阵列通过电调阵列边缘单元振荡器的自由振荡频率,控制阵列各单元辐射信号的相位,在进行功率空间合成的同时,实现天线波束的电控扫描。本文从振荡器的电路模型入手,分析了耦合振荡器阵列的相控特性和相位噪声特性,提出了外注锁降低相位噪声的方法和阵列接收模式的初步实现方案。
The phase of the array element radiation is controlled via detuning the end elements free oscillation frequencies,so that the electronic scanning of the antenna beam can be realized at the same time of power space synthesis. Starting with the nonlinear model of the coupled oscillator,this paper works on the analysis of the phase control and the phase noise of the array,presents the technique of injection locking for reducing phase noise,and proposes a preliminary scheme of the array receiving mode for coupled oscillator.
