摘要
以长径比为1,折射率为2.25,厚度为4 mm的椭球整流罩、抛物面整流罩和双曲面整流罩为研究对象,研究了二次曲面共形整流罩像差特性。为深入了解共形整流罩产生的像差所受目标视场和瞬时视场的影响,同时建立了半球形整流罩以及离焦的半球形整流罩模型作为参考,得到五种基本共形整流罩的像差特性与变化规律。研究内容以及获得的结果将为后续研究共形整流罩最佳面形建立和像差校正方法奠定基础。
Take the ellipsoidal domes,parabolic domes and hyperbolic surface domes with draw ratio of 1,refractive index of 2. 25,thickness of 4 mm as subjects to research the aberration characteristics of conicoidal conformal domes. In order to deep get the influence of objective field of view and instantaneous field of view on the aberration generated from conformal domes,the hemi spherical domes and defocused hemi spherical domes are modeled for reference,and the aberration characteristics and variation law of the five kinds of basic conformal domes are obtained. The research and results establish foundation for the follow-up study of optimal surface configuration and aberration correction method of conformal domes.
