某型火箭发射装置检测系统设计与实现

Design and Realized of Test System for a Type of Rocket Launcher

为了保证火箭发射装置的工作能力,提高对火箭发射装置的保障水平,依据某型火箭发射装置的工作原理和维护保障需求,利用十进制计数器、逻辑门、模数显示等部件,设计了该火箭发射装置的检测系统。实现了对发射脉冲个数,火箭控制盒所分配脉冲个数、位置、顺序以及点火线路电阻值大小三项检测的功能。经实际应用证明,该检测系统满足了某型火箭发射装置的检测需求。

In order to guarantee the work capability of the rocket launcher and improve its security level,a test system of the rocket launcher is designed by using the components of decimal counter,logic elements and analog to digital display according to the working principle and the maintain security requirements of a type of rocket launcher. This system achieves three test functions,including the number of pulses sent by plane,the number,position and order of pulses which are sent by rocket control box and the resistance of fire circuit. The practical application shows that the test system satisfies the test requirement of rocket launcher.
