基片集成波导多极化阵列天线的设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高通信系统的通信容量,设计了一种基片集成波导(SIW)多极化阵列天线,该天线由耦合器、4个功率分配器以及2×2阵列天线构成,其中耦合器以及功率分配器采用SIW结构,引入四个贴片天线作为2×2阵列天线单元,天线输入端口采用共面波导(CPW)的转换结构。该天线可以根据它的应用需求来调整工作极化方式,实现线极化(LP)或者圆极化(CP)。通过测试加工后的天线验证了仿真数据,结果表明,该天线相对工作带宽超过5%(19.8~20.9 GHz),端口隔离度大于17 d B,可实现增益超过10 d B。 In order to improve the communication capacity of system, a multi-polarization array antenna based on SIW ( Substrate Integrated Wavegnide) and composed of coupler, four power dividers and 2×2 antenna arrays is designed and implemented. And in this design, SIW structure is applied to coupler and power dividers, and transformation structure of CPW (Coplanar Wavegnide) to antenna in putports, while four patch elements are introduced into as 2 × 2 antenna arrays units. This antenna could operate in either LP or CP ( Linear or Circular Polarization) , depending on the requirements of its specific application. Test on the implemented antenna indicates the simulation data, and the experiment results show that this antenna,with a relative bandwidth of over 5% (19.8-20.9GHz) , and a port isolations of over 17dB ,could realize a gain of over 10 dB.
