摘要 电加热采油工艺是稠油开发生产的有效开采技术之一。文中针对电加热油井能耗高、系统效率低、生产成本高等问题,提出了采用CH2000系列-高性能矢量型变频器的技术解决方案,用于电加热油井的节能技术改造,介绍了孤东采油厂电加热油井的基本情况、台达高性能矢量型变频器的主要特点以及主要技术参数、电加热油井变频节能控制装置的组成、以及现场应用情况,并对现场应用效果作了分析。实践证明,电加热油井实施变频节能技术改造效果良好。 Electric heating oil production technology is one of the effective techniques for heavy oil production.In this paper,for high energy consumption of heating oil wells,low system efficiency,production cost higher problem proposed by ch2000 series- high performance vector inverter technology solutions,for oil well electric heating energy-saving technological transformation,Gudong oil production plant of electric heating oil well this situation,delta high performance vector inverter main features and main technical parameters,electric heating oil well variable frequency energy-saving control device of the composition,and the field application are introduced,and the field application effect are analyzed.Practice has proved that the electric heating oil well implementation of energy-saving technological transformation effect is good.
