摘要
本文主要研究三维织机和控制系统设计,其中包括三维织机的开口系统、引纬系统、打纬系统、送经系统、引离系统的设计方案。研究基于台达PLC的伺服电机控制系统来控制三维织机的开口动作,并设计出一种三维织机电子开口系统及伺服驱动系统。选用台达PLC机型DVP14SS11R,配DVP16SP11R扩展模块,来组成40点PLC控制部分,用2路模拟量输出模块DVP02DA-S控制变频驱动可编程控制器,此控制部分抗干扰能力强、功能完善、可靠性强。通过本文的研究,使三维织机在复合材料上的生产实现自动化。
In this paper,three-dimensional loom and control system,including opening system,weft insertion system,beating-up system,let-off system.The research is based on Delta PLC's servo motor control system to control three-dimensional loom,and making the design of three-dimensional loom electronic opening system and servo drive system.The PLC of DVP14SS11 R and DVP16SP11 R expansion module are used to compose the 40 points PLC control part.The 2 analog output modules DVP02DA-S is used to control the variable frequency drive programmable controller,This control part of the antiinterference ability,functional and reliable.Through the research of this paper,the production of threedimensional loom on the composite material is realized automatically.
