摘要
本文主要介绍了湖北某化工厂循环水系统水泵叶轮改造的节能方案,在进行循环水系统设计时,水泵容量选择一般较大,往往是"大马拉小车",同时存在不同程度的汽蚀现场,致使循环水系统的运行效率很低,造成大量的能源浪费。通过对水泵叶片的安放角度、叶片的截面形状进行优化设计与改造,能够改善叶轮内水流的流动状态,调整水泵的运行工况,提高水泵的运行效率,从而实现节能降耗。
This article mainly introduced the circulating water system in a chemical plant in Hubei province energy saving project of changing the pump impeller in the design of circulating water system,water pump capacity choice,generally larger,often is 'big mara car',at the same time there are different levels of cavitation field,the circulating water system operation efficiency is very low,causing a lot of energy waste.Through to the water pump vane Angle was laid,the cross section shape of blade optimization design and renovation,it can improve the flow of the water flow in the impeller,adjust the water pump operation condition,improving the efficiency of the pump,so as to realize saving energy and reducing consumption.
