摘要
永磁同步电机输出转矩取决于电机变频器的输出电流,而电机变频器在启动阶段受限于IGBT峰值结温提高,其最大输出电流会小于在额定转速阶段,这将使电机在启动时无法输出最大转矩。本文研究了变频器开关频率与输出电流能力的关系,并提出在电机启动时降低开关频率以提升电机启动转矩的方法。
Output torque of PMSM depends on output current of motor inverter. At starting stage,the peak of IGBT junction temperature will limit the output current at a lower level than in rated speed stage. Hence the motor is unable to output maximum torque at starting. In this paper, the relationship between inverter switching frequency and output current capability is studied, and a method that increases motor starting torque by lower switching frequency is presented.
