本文主要介绍中信重工CHIC1000系列四象限高压变频器在山西紫金矿业义兴寨金矿提升机上的应用情况。CHIC1000系列提升机专用高压交-直-交变频器为高-高模式,具有达到2倍电机额定电流过载能力,适用提升机大启动转矩和负载变化大的负载情况。变频器采用先进的功率单元级联载波移相控制技术、矢量控制技术等,具有精度高、响应快、安全可靠等优点。变频器功率单元设计为插接式,具有模块化,标准化,方便维护,可互换等优越性能。变频器柜间布置连接排,二次侧输入输出接线采用耐压2kV电缆,相比市场上采用10kV耐压电缆的变频器有很大优势,可大大减小现场工作量。

This paper mainly introduces the application of CITIC Heavy Industries CHIC1000 series fourquadrant high-voltage inverter in Yixingzhai gold mine hoisting machine of Zijin Mining in Shanxi.CHIC1000 series hoist special high-voltage AC converter for high-high mode, with up to 2 times the rated current overload capacity of the motor, for the hoist big start torque and load changes in the situation. Inverter with advanced power unit cascade carrier phase shift control technology, vector control technology, with high precision, fast response, safe and reliable advantages. The inverter power unit is designed for plug-in, with modular, standardized, easy maintenance,interchangeable and other superior performance. Inverter cabinet arrangement between the connection row,the second side of the input and output wiring voltage 2 kV cable, compared to the market using lOkV voltage cable inverter has a great advantage, can greatly reduce the on-site workload.
