摘要
本文着重介绍普传科技PR500系列变频器在某钢厂钢铁热连轧变频改造项目中的应用。改造完成后,变频调速软起动特性减少了对机械设备和电网的冲击,实现节能运行提高生产效率及工艺水平,生产线运行稳定,维护成本大大降低。
This paper mainly introduces the application of the POWTRAN technology P1500 series inverter in the transformation project of steel and steel heat rolling in a steel mill.After the completion of the renovation, frequency control of motor speed soft start features to reduce the impact to mechanical equipment and power grids, achieve energy-saving operation efficiency and technology level, the production line running stability, maintenance cost is reduced greatly.
