日粮赖氨酸水平对0~6周龄武定鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:12

Effect of Different Lys Level Diet on Growth Performance and Blood Biochemical Indexes of 0 ~ 6 Weeks Wuding Chicken

摘要 为研究不同赖氨酸水平日粮对0~6周龄武定鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响。选择0日龄武定鸡90只,采用单因子试验设计,随机分成赖氨酸水平分别为0.6%,0.8%,1.0%,1.2%,1.4%的5种日粮处理,每处理3个重复,每重复6只鸡,混养;饲喂能量水平和蛋白质水平为12.6 MJ/kg、19.35%。结果表明:不同赖氨酸水平对日增重、日采食量、料重比以及期末体重均有显著影响(P〈0.05);赖氨酸水平与增重和料重比拟合,呈二次曲线关系,相关系数分别为0.99和0.96;不同赖氨酸水平对ALT/GPT,AST/GOT,血尿素氮无显著影响(P〉0.05),血尿酸有显著影响(P〈0.05)。可见,以全期增重、料重比为衡量指标,0~6周龄武定鸡的赖氨酸水平分别为1.03%和1.02%,武定鸡的生长性能最好。 In order to study the effect of diet with different Lys levels on growth performance and blood biochemical indexes on 0~6 weeks Wuding chicken,5 groups whose Lys level 0.6%, 0.8%, 1.0%, 1.2% and 1.4% were set based on single factor design and randomly assortment. Each group 3 repeats and each repeat 6 birds, energy and protein level were set 12.6 MJ/kg and 19.35%. The results showed that: different Lys levels had significant impact on daily gain, daily feed intake, gain rate and the final weight(P〈0.05); a quadratic curve of which correlation coefficient was 0.99 and 0.96 respectively, was matched by Lys level with weight and gain rate; there were no significant effect between Lys and ALT/GPT, AST/GOT and blood urea nitrogen(P〉0.05), but a remarkable effect on blood uric acid (P〈0.05) was found. Over all, measured with total gain and gain rate, the Lys levels were 1.03% and 1.02% when 0~6 weeks Wuding chicken got the best growth performance.
