花粉介质中不同糖类对烤烟授粉质量的影响 被引量:7

摘要 以葡萄糖、蔗糖和可溶性淀粉为花粉介质材料,研究了花粉介质中不同糖类对烤烟 MS'云烟87'授粉质量的影响。结果表明,花粉介质中的葡萄糖、蔗糖和可溶性淀粉均能不同程度的促进MS '云烟87'授粉过程中花粉萌发和花粉管生长,提高介质花粉授粉质量,其效果表现为:可溶性淀粉+蔗糖+葡萄糖 〉可溶性淀粉+葡萄糖 〉可溶性淀粉+蔗糖和蔗糖+葡萄糖 〉可溶性淀粉 〉蔗糖 〉葡萄糖。在不育系杂交制种授粉中使用“可溶性淀粉+葡萄糖+蔗糖”的多种糖类复合花粉介质,其授粉效果优于使用单一糖类花粉介质;向花粉中添加花粉介质进行授粉,在提高授粉质量的同时也提高了花粉利用率,可节约23.1%~33.1%的纯花粉用量。 The effects of different sugars in pollen diluent on pollination in MS'Yunyan 87' were researched taking glucose, sucrose and soluble starch as pollen diluent. The results showed that the pollen germination, pollen tube growth and pollination effect were improved in MS'Yunyan 87' by using the glucose, sucrose and soluble starch. The effects of order was as follow: soluble starch + sucrose + glucose 〉 soluble starch + glucose 〉 soluble starch + sucrose and sucrose + glucose 〉 soluble starch 〉 sucrose 〉 glucose. During the process of sterile lines hybrid seed production, the pollination effect of using artificial compound pollen diluent containing “soluble starch + glucose + sucrose”was better than using a single sugar pollen diluent. The pollination effect and utilization rate of pollen was improved and about 23.1%~33.3% pollen dosage was saved using these pollen diluent.
