摘要
本文主要探讨车牌识别过程中图像处理技术的应用,主要包括图像预处理中灰度化处理、二值化处理、直方图处理以及滤波。车牌检测中的常用算子,如prewitt算子、roberts算子、sober算子和拉普拉斯算子。最后给出车牌字符分割与识别的步骤和结果。
This paper discusses the application of license plate recognition during image processing technology, including image preprocessing gray processing, binarization processing, histogram processing and filtering. After that, the paper presents commonly used operators of license plate detection, such as prewitt operator, roberts operator, sober operator and Laplacian. Finally, the paper puts forward steps and results of character segmentation and recognition.
