摘要
在分别论述了充分服务、重点保证及其之间的关系的基础上,着重阐述了基于二者理论之上的Fully-focus图书馆服务关系模型。
This paper discussed full service,key guarantee and the relationship between them respectively,and expounded the fully-focus relation model of library service based on full service and key guarantee.
